Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir
I have been frivolously roped in a cheque bounce case wherein cheques were forcefully acquired by me threatening to kill.I was forced to withdraw sum of 5 lacs by bearer cheque drawn on my name.Later the amount was acquired from me in the bank itself.
Now they have filed N.I case against me. How can I defend it?
