Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir,
I need to know that I am getting life threats from four persons one of which has already attacked on me and hit me badly. My parents are trying to send me out of city or out of country as they think that i am not safe here specially in Lahore. I want to ask that if i shift to some ther city like Karachi or Islamabad, can I start legal proceeding against them in that city? Since i have life threats here, Ican not stay here anymore but I want to start criminal proceedings as well from Karachi or Islamabad. Is that possible?
