Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have a question for you, please :
In a case of IPC 409 the police had identified 6 accuse. The police has filed charge sheet against 2 persons only about 16 months ago. Police is not submitting charge sheet of remaining 4 persons in the court. Now court has started proceedings against 2 charge sheeted persons only. I am out of 2 persons. If police will not submit charge sheet against remaining 4 persons. I can only get justice if remaining persons should be included in the court proceeding because they have also been levelled by the I.O. the same allegations under 409.
I shall be grateful, how I persue the matter so that police should submit charge sheet of remaining 4 persons so that court proceeding should be started altogether against all the 6 persons so that I can get justice in this case. What is the legal position in these circumstances.
