Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

I want to ask one question, my cousin uncle is continuous calling me & my mother and threatening and using abusive language. we have already send them a "Aelan e Lataluki" means that we have no relation with them and we are not responsible for any thing regarding themselves. But inspite of this they are giving us calls and yesterday he called on my mother number and used absuve language and threated that he will kidnap her son i.e, me. now I immediately sent a legal notice to him on stamp paper attested by notary public and judicial magistrate. but he refused to recieve the notice and tcs returned back to me. now I am seeking your advice in this matter what can we do to stop him from calling us. Should we go to court to get appropriate order or any other suggesstions please. I dont not want to lodge FIR but I only want to give him strict warning that he should not call any of our number and use abusive language.

The best option is FIR but you can file a suit for permanent injunction and can get a stay order against them.
