Dear sir,
I have registered an FIR under section 506,504,R/W34,323,324
But I don't want pursue this case ,I would like to with draw this complaint .
The opposite party is compromising with me .
What are the formalities and is it possible to with draw this complaint.

You cannot withdraw the Compliant. But on the ground of Compromise you can get this Compliant Quashed u/s 482 of the Criminal Code, as per the Judgment of Supreme Court in case of Gyan Sing & Narendra Singh.
