Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Dear sir/madame
I have constructed a building to one of my friend,total 3+1 floor, after compleating ,he as paid only half the amount 20 lakhs only but bill amount was 36.5 lakhs ,but one of is younger brother was working with me.but i was trusted on him,at same time i was in family proplem with my wife were i have filed devorce case.In mean time he requested me that he want to do opening ceramony for which i accepted,I was not attended the ceramony.Next day i went to building and was surprised that total building was occupied and when i asked regarding ,he told i have settled every thing and there is no due of any amount to me.Later i went to police station and made a complaint,but they refused my complaint ,telling that it is civil matter, later i complaind to top officels,and complaint was registered and got acknowledgement ,but no action was taken, but after two day he as filed a crimineal case againest me saying that he asnot executed any aggrement or balance to me, and filed criminel case under I P C 406,468,471,120B,506B,r/w34,and later my aggrement copy was sent to F/S, and later i came to no that signature in aggrement was FORGED ,later i came to know that he and is brother as cheated me and false criminel case as filed on me .So please give me good suggession regading to this case.

even if the signatures were not forged, still the offence u/s 406, 420 is made out against your brother.
