Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,
i was looking for a job mean i had a mail from a consultancy say that i was selected for an international company they also mentioned the company details and i also had a telephonic conformation from company hr in aboard. for proceeding further process they charged me i was confident that company was involved in this so continued the process and paid amount how much they asked me to pay. but now there was no response from consultancy or from company side i don't know what to do. by the help of law can i gain my money back...

1) This must be spam. Despite number of alerts through various means,

many persons fall prey to such employment fraud.

2) Immediately lodge FIR with cyber crime police station without any further delay.
