Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
dear sir,
mere uncle ne mere pitaji k haqq me aye hue piase dene se inkar kar rahe hai jo ki ye saat saal pehle humare gao k panchayat me faisala hua tha par ab koi b saath dene k liye aur paise dilaane k liye taiyaar nahi hai.
kya koi law aisa hai jo ki police ki help se gram pradhan se puchhe aur gram pradhan ki witness se humara paisa vapas mil jaye.
