Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir,

My Cousin name is Neeraj and he is a resident of Rohini, Delhi and his wife's name is Garima and she is not living with my cousin since last 5 years.

My cousin filed a complaint against his wife Garima for the International VISA FRAUD of Getting VISA on FAKE, FORGED and FABRICATED DOCUMENTS. His wife Garima who was having 2 Passports at that time and applied for the 3rd Passport.

My cousin wrote and sent This Complaint of "SERIOUS VISA FRAUD" since 2008 to all the Police, CBI, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, British High Commission and all Other Related Deptts. of Government of India, But our Sleeping Government and the Corrupt officers can hear the Complaints only with the Money.

The F.I.R. Was filed in 2010 Under Section of IPC : 420 / 467 / 468 / 471 through Court order.

Since 2010, In this case 4 MM and 4 Investigation Officers were changed. The Last Investigation Officer made some Alliance with the Accused and Reported / Filed Charge sheet and Entire Case in Favor of the Accused. The Investigation Officer also removed IPC 467 from the case.

Now both the Accused (Garima) and the Investigation Officer are harassing my cousin (Complainant and Victim) in Different ways.

My cousin is living with his 76 years Old Aged father. His father is a BP, Heart and Dementia Patient.

The Investigation Officer is Calling my cousin to the Police Station and Threatened him that to Write and Sign a Statement as required by his wife and the Investigation Officer.

The case of Cheating is still under hearing but his wife filed 2 more cases on him 1. is for the Defemation against her husband and the 2nd for Divorce on the basis of the Police Final Report.

She is still running a Immigration Office at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, and Sending People abroad.

My cousin and his Father's life is also on risk because of Garima and the Police Inspector who is favoring her.

Please Advice me what to do now.

you need to file a complaint to the Commissioner of Police and also file further complaints against brother's wife, also file a writ in Delhi High Court for seeking protection.
