Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
one of the share broker taken Rs1 lakh from me by assuring return of 7% He has given me pdc and affidavit. he hardly paid me for 2 months and now he left the room which i now came to know it was on rental base. I do not have his address but having telephone number which he is not picking.
what i can do in this case.

file a police complaint against him. they will trace him and arrest him.
