Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sirs, this is for my sister who was promised by someone to marry her but did not do so after taking advantage. After we gave police complaint, he was. Absconding. Later, it is in court now as cheating and now we know he got married to someone else and his wife won't leave him, will my sister get justice

There is no way, you sister may be married to this man now. Therefore, your sister should look to some better match. As far as this man is concerned, he is liable to face criminal prosecution. You should continue to pursue the complaint registered with police. If found guilty of 376/420, he may suffer a jail term with fine.
