Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Team,

Kindly suggest me if the marriage is illegal as per law,can without any court case both the 2 can get separated,any case can be launched against the girl if she want to live separate & what if they have a child also..to be on the safer side can the girl launch a complain in women cell to protect herself & the child from them.
