Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear xperts,
I have recieved notices from majestrate with offense "Money landing act 2007" without hearing us he has decided the offence and now he is asking go and take bale and submit muchalkay.
on the other hand this offense is non baleable so what is this can anyone tell me right now i am on interim bale but session judge confirm my bale or not.
