Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear...My friend( PARTY 1) having while in jail transferred his property in front of judge( BEING HANDCUFFED) to his friend(PARTY 2)...so that as per order 37..his plaintiff (PARTY 3) should get a decree from the court..Now friend is not returning his house.. what remedy MY FRIEND PARTY 1 CAN TAKE..

While appropriate opinion (regarding course of action) could be given only after looking into all relevant documents, it may be mention that a "Suit for Immoveable Property" can be filed before the civil court having jurisdiction over the subject matter (see Section 8 of Specific Relief Act, 1877).
