I am defaulter of 138 but now I wants to give money to my compliant but in small parts but he is not agree for that can court help me?

If he has not filed the complaint in court yet, you may send him cheques by registered post through a Notary Public. If the case is in court, you may file an application for payment by instalments and submit the cheques.
