Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am defence personal and posted to forward area in j & k. Some body has lodge a court case againts me. Can I request to transfer the case to near by court as I am not able to attend each court hearing due to shortage of leaves

is your job not transferable?? assuming that the supreme court does allow the transfer of the case what will be the fate of the case if you get posted to Shillong???. I need more details to give further opinion you may contact at 9312411481.

The court case cannot be transferred but you can get exemption from personal appearance.
