Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i was a director of one company we had purchased one office . later on i resigned with the company . now the purchaser who had purchased the office has not got the position of the place because of the directors of the company are not here they are absconding . till now the purchaser havent made a complaint what should be the precautions that i should take to save myself from this
