Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i was a director of one company we had purchased one office and selling aggrement was made with one of the investor later i resigned as a director with the company . now the investor who had purchased the office has not got the position of the place because of the directors of the company are not here they are absconding . till now the purchaser havent made a complaint what should be the precautions that i should take to save myself from this
