Legal Question in Criminal Law in
In domestic violence if lower judge order interim judgment against respondent i.e. stay in father-in-laws house & maintenance. (in case husband is missing before petitioner filed case)
1st Question
Respondent has to file revision or appeal in district court ?
2nd Question
If revision is filed then upper court also gives the same judgment as that of lower court gave under section 29 or there can be possibility that judgment can be different?

unless one goes through the order of the lower court and the appeal purported to be filed before the sessions judge, it may be difficult to predict the fate of the case.
