Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
due to some family life tensions once i was told to police for not taking action on my complaint to police,sms was send to police by mobile " if you don't take action on my compalint,then i will do suicide" and police caught me that night and put me in cell for 1 night and regd.309 against me,actually i am not doing any suicide.Advice me suitable solution to come out from this case.

You should wait for police to file challan in the court.

Approach the local lawyer as suicide is an offence, hence they put you behind bars.
You should write letter to SSP that police is not taking any action on your complaint hence i write this letter and you want to withdraw your words regarding suicide.
