Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
due to some family life tensions once i was told to police for not taking action on my complaint to police,sms was send to police by mobile " if you don't take action on my compalint,then i will do suicide" and police caught me that night and put me in cell for 1 night and regd.309 against me,actually i am not doing any suicide.Advice me suitable solution to come out from this case.case is registered in the court, case number is received
