Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi due to lots of pressure in my husband house(India) I am bound to file DV case. Now he applies(two times in the same court in different dates with two days gap) for transfer for DV case. Is it desirable to happen in any court? what can I do in that case?

Dear client as same court has not power to transfer the case. Only higher court is power to transfer the case. So oppose the application on non jurisdiction point. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
