Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Due to miss communication my friend has filed fir against me as i used his card for paying current bill..i had messaged him about it since he had swithed off his phone as he was out of town he did not receive it..after some days deposited the money but he had already filed fir..now since he got to know he is ready to take back complaint since it will hurt my career if it goes to court...so we want to cancel fir with out it creating issue on my career

Your friend can withdraw FIR or Complaint but for that have legal provision.
