Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
due to some reason the accused couldn't visit court to provide his handwriting to the court. Accused didn't do this willingly and ready to provide his handwriting but now He has been issued a non bailable warrant for non appearance before the court. Can this Order of Non bailable warrant be cancelled and how?

Yes. Move required application for cancellation of warrant specifying the valid reason of your non appearance on specified date.
