Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My Dv case under sec 31 is quashed from High Court on the grounds that magistrate registered the case solely on my statement but as they had threatened me against the protection order I am the only witness want to file appeal against the decision plz advice can I file the case before DB or need to file it in Supreme court plz rply
