Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
An employee of a company due to the illegal gratification offers of a manager of a rival company in same production business leaks and disclosed very important secret formula to him. Can the person who instigates this employee to commit this thing be brought in a criminal case or proceedings?

yes, definitely, it is the violation of company's SOPs. he can be prosecuted and be held for damages.
