Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have an employee of Law college, and i have sign 3 years contract, and my agreement between employer do not mention any notice period, for my side, but employer should mention one month notice period for his side. Currently i want to resign from my post then what i do ? kindly advice me....

1) It is normally either side one months notice.
2) If no mention from ur side, submit ur resignation. Try to
convince them and settle amicably.
3) If they claim notice period or pay in lieu of notice, then
act as per ur urgency.
4) Legally proceeding for one month does not worth entering
into expensive long drawn legal battle.
