Hi Expert,
Can you please advice, in cheque bounce case if accused file 'insolvency petition' and he shows he has no asset. Will he walk away easily from liabilities? Can complainant file 'Civil suit' for money recovery?

1) When once he is declared adjudged insolvent, nothing can be done.
Yes. He can walk away.
2) Where from do u recover? No assets. U cant file any case.
