Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can some one explain this to me in detail with example date . what exactly does it mean .
As per Clause (c) of section 138, cause of action arises on failure of the drawer making payment within 15 days from receipt of notice and complaint has to be filed within 30 days from the date of cause of action.
please explain with examples.
