Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
My ex-wife gave a false allegation against me and my father in police i prove it false and police submit report and file closed. My ex brother in law threating to gave same application again. They say they can gave application again and again. My question is it possible by law when investigation complete they still gave another same application.they are doing blackmailing. How legally i stop this blackmail.?

No he cant give same application again.
You will file case in court for stop this illegal act.
And after that police and he will not distrub you.
