Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am facing the case of DV Act. I am salried but my wife claimed that i am a business man with huge turnover, she also hide her income. She claimed herself as unemployed. I filed the application u/s 340 crpc with all the proofs court asked her to file reply but she is not responding.
What can court do now..
Will court ask her to file bail bond...
Will court held any enquiry..
What will be the process now.
