Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am facing problem in getting passport because a criminal case of accident under section, 289, 337, 338, 304 A IPC, is pending against me in Bhopal district court. I concealed this information while filling Passport application form. When Police verification was done, Bhopal(Madhya Pradesh) Police found out about my pending criminal case. They advised me to take permission from Bhopal district court, to get passport. Presently I am working in Infosys company Pune (Maharashtra) for 1 year . Maharashtra is different state and Madhya Pradesh is a different state of the same country India. Maharashtra police keeps record of crime of Maharashtra state only. Kindly advise me which will be best option for me.
1. Should I try to take permission from Bhopal District court ? Prosecution evidence is going on in this case.
2. Should I apply at Regional Passport office Pune (Maharashta). My infosys company at Pune, wants to send me abroad. I have been working in this company for 1 year. I shall attach my identity cerificate of my father's central government department Bhopal, annexure "I" , HR Head letter of company for address proof, with passport application form. In this case, police verification will not be done before or after, and I would easily get passport .

Yes you need permission from Bhopal District Court since a case is pending against you.
