Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Me and my family were subjected to Sexual Harassment using Mobile, In-Person Life threatening and Defamation in office by some unidentified person just after my marriage. Later on it was revealed that he was some ex-boyfriend of my wife. I had filed many NC's in various police stations in Mumbai. Later on as per advice i approached Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate and filed a private complaint. Magistrate gave order of 202 for inquiry. But police is not taking any action on the order. I have personally visited many times as well as wrote a letter couple of times but no action from Police. Please suggest what should i do now. court gave 3 months for investigation, but its almost 4.5 months now but not action. Please help.

you can file a petition in the highcourt against the inaction of the police.
