my father has gifted a house to me through registered gift deed but my elder brother illegally occupied one room though he told that after registration he will be leave.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As you told that your father gifted a house to you through registered gift deed, presuming that theirs no other encumbrance upon it, then ask him for an evacuation, or else lodge a police complaint trespassing property.
