My father in law married a minor girl and has a baby girl who is 3months now. First wife has 3 sons and the wife is expired. To whom will the father in laws property go?
Property earned by first wife and father in law
father in law wants to give it to second wife completely
after first wife expired he married the minor girl and gave birth to baby girl.

if you have the proof that the property was jointly owned by you and your father in law you can file a suit for partition to the extent of the share held by your mother in law.
