Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My Father passed away in the year 2012. some political persons have created a forged sale deed in my name as a seller with the photograph & signature of other person. they have started the construction also what should i do since the sale deed has been made in May 2013. what should i do since the matter has been delayed and i had not filled a FIR due to the threats of life.

you can file the FIR and obtain a stay order from the court restraining the person from constructing on the property. If there is a threat factor take police protection.

You may file a case for cancellation of sale deed and possession and can file a complaint of forgery and fraud against that person you may ask for police protection for threat for life.
