Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

My father went in police against me asking for a registration of an FIR based on a Habse beja claim that i kept him under habse beja for 21 hours and also that my father is feeling threatened by me that i will kill him and has asked the police to file a case under section 506 of PPC and throw me out of the home since the home is under my father name. My father has also attached an AAQ NAMA with it stating that he has AAQED me from all property and all. My mother and my sisters and brother are with me and have submitted affidavits to the police station.

I want to know that whether police can register a case against me under section 506 of PPC and can the police not allow me to enter the home?
