Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
My father is an old retire and a very sick man. He has not been a father to me nor my other 3 bros and sisters. This month hr went a step ahead and went against me in police station asking them to not be allowed to stay In thr house since the house belongs to.him and he has also presented to thrm a published AQ nama as well stating that hr has AQ me from his belongings. I wanna know can the police take action in this regard sincr I have heard that there is no legal validity of an AQ nama and also I m living with my mother who is still In NIKKAH of my dad and my mom and all my family are with me. So I want advise in this regard. I am from Pakistan needing urgent advice

police does not have mandate to expel you from the house.. you should file a civil suit along with injunction petition to restrain them.... it is true that Aaqnama does not have any force. but on your part you should get it cancelled through court.
