Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my father is 68 years old sufferinf fro dementia and paralysis since 8 years.this has damaged his cognitive functions permanently and he is unnable to speak read and write. he is copletely bed ridden and unnable to walk sit or travel. he has a 30 years long criminal case against him which has recently been fast tracked and the court has sumoned him. how to get him exemption from personal appearences on medical grounds.
