Legal Question in Criminal Law in
My father-in-law is now like a child because he had a brain stroke and then had memory loss and now it turns into a short term memory loss problem since 2002, his elder brother recently did a case of Indian law 420 on him for sale of property in year 1996 .is this case is valid now?

the case may be quashed by high court in case the medical documents are sufficient.
