Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i file 498 against my h/b then he file 120b/34 379, and 156(3) against my family n me actually my family gave him 6 lakh cash for buy ritz car and other but my h/b buy car but paper is on my h/b name but now i have that car is any serious issue that is what can i do how could i proof? is video cd treated as proof in which ritz is park inside my marrige palace
