How to file a suit for fraud case against bouncing check?

you have two remedies. One civil summary suit for recovery of amount under order 37 cpc on payment of court fee. YOu may also file criminal complaint under 138 Negotiable Instrument Act for which you will have to give notice to the drawer. Notice has to be given within 30 days of dishonour asking the drawer to make the payment of bounced cheque. If payment is not made within 15 days, you may file a criminal complaint.
