Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed a cheque bouncing case against my builder.After lot of proceeding ,court has issued non bailable warrant against the builder last week.Still the police has not arrested the builder though he is very much available in the town.
what to do ?
who is the culprit here?
Who is bigger ,local court or local police?

Under a Bailable Warrant, police may not arrest anybody.
