Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed a civil suit first as suggested by my lawyer. She is also suggesting that I file a criminal case as well for I have been a victim of cheating and breach of trust by my friend. Can a criminal suit be filed after filing a civil suit or it has to be filed first or a police complaint filed first. I have filed a Special Civil Suit.
