Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have filed a maintenance case against my husband u/125, and have recieved exparte order of Rs.5000/- interim maintenance. Can I move High court to appeal against this order as this amount is not sufficient and how can I get this order implemented, i.e how do i get him to pay ??
