Legal Question in Criminal Law in
I have filed NC for unauthorised parking causing access block to my authorised parking slot. Police are not taking action. Under what provisions they can register FIR in such a case and they can be compelled to take action please ?

give complaint to Traffic police...best way & take pictures as well forward to Traffic police ............on
