can a fir 498a 506 be quash? if not then what should be done? if yes then also tell the process.

Quashing depends on several factors. Please have FIR and other papers vetted by your lawyer in the high court to assess possibilities.
If quashing is not a good possibility, then accused has to undergo trial in the court of concerned Magistrate.
