Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If a FIR has been filed against 3 persons in a PF case and we apply for anticipatory bail, is it necessary that all 3 persons have to surrender in court to get anticipatory bail?
Or, can one of the three persons appear on behalf of the all three persons?

No one needs to appear in Court for an ABA. I am saying this considering you are in Maharashtra. Every state has its own procedure (more of a custom than law). You don't have to surrender to apply for ABA. The whole purpose of ABA is to secure pre-arrest bail.
