Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
An FIR was filed under section 494 & 506. In Sep 2012, High court of Allahabad granted stay in this case, to the opposite party. At the same time, we hired an advocate to vacate the stay. Till this time stay is in force and our advocate is saying it may take some more time. How can i vacate this stay? Please help.

First your lawyer have to file reply only then court will decide the case and stay will be vacated after decision of high court case.
