Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
FIR with ipc 420/419/34 registered on 14Dec2013...not arrested but today at 10am anticipatory bail rejected by Additional Session Judge..we are planning to give arrest to police today..winter vacation starting from Monday....can we apply for regular bail on Monday to the magistrate court...will our application will be entertained or only urgent ones are taken on holidays...we are afraid of arrest till 2ndJan2013 when vacation ending...please help...
